Celebrate Galentine’s Day with an intentional morning of movement, creativity, and connection.

Join us for a 45-minute, red and pink–themed mat pilates class that’s energizing, empowering, and accessible for all levels. Expect slow, controlled movement that challenges your strength while helping you reset both physically and mentally. Guests are encouraged to wear pink or red for the workout portion to lean into the Galentine’s vibe 💌

Following class, we’ll transition into creating our own bag charms — a fun, creative DIY moment where you can connect with friends or meet new people!
