About the event
Join us for a festive morning of movement, creativity and connection at the Harmonia Christmas Pilates and Social.
We’ll start with a 45-minute mat pilates class at 10 AM - a balanced blend of strength, stretch and of course, a little bit of spice (all levels welcome).
After class, Jasmyn will guide you creating your own homemade Christmas ornament to take home. A brunch spread will be available, along with a hot chocolate and coffee bar.
